(Oct. 21, 2021) – Timberland Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vincent Woods, a 168-unit apartment community in Rogers, Minn. This is the seventh property the company has purchased this year and the 10th property in Timberland’s Twin Cities portfolio.

Vincent Woods was purchased, in part, using funds generated through the sale of Eagle Pointe, an apartment community in West St. Paul, Minn.

Built in 2020, Vincent Woods is designed for modern living with an emphasis on comfort and style. Floorplans range from studio to three-bedroom units. Each apartment has granite countertops, kitchen island, walk-in closets, in-unit washer and dryer a balcony or patio. Vincent Woods is pet-friendly and features an on-site dog park. Vincent Woods is located in a vibrant and growing community approximately 25 miles west of downtown Minneapolis, adjacent to Interstate 94. The population of Rogers grew 11 percent from 2018 to 2021 and is projected to grow by another 30 percent by 2030.
