Vision, Hard Work, and Common Sense

Our story began with the purchase of a modest apartment complex. Now, 28 years later, we are a national organization with more than 17,000 units. The growth of our portfolio can be attributed to a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards, and enduring, meaningful relationships with our investors. It is with a sense of humility and a willingness to self-evaluate that we have been able to continually improve our processes and strategy, ensuring Timberland Partners Investments will continue to grow and succeed far into the future.

What’s different about Timberland is their integrity, honesty and transparency. They’re just good people and it’s just so easy to work with them.
